  RETURN POLICY

     Our Return Policy States that you MUST provide a copy of your receipt where you purchased the call from to enter in a Warranty Agreement.  Without a receipt we cannot offer Warranty as we ONLY warranty products to the ORIGINAL OWNER.   We will only be able to offer a FULL REFUND on calls that have a manufactured defect, defective in function, or natural defect like wood splitting, etc.... We will determine the nature of what happened to the call once we receive it.  

 

New Vision Game Calls accepts returns directly at our Physical location as well as through the U.S. Postal Service or other means of shipping.   All products must be returned within 12 days after purchase. Please be sure to ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for RETURNS is approximately 3 to 4 Weeks but could take longer during duck season..., 

f you need it expedited please use an overnight shipping service.  All Expedited orders will receive priority processing over all other orders

 

     All calls or products that are being sent in on a Warranty Claim, please take a minute to fill out a note with your Name, a Physical Return Address, Daytime Phone Number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like us to do to resolve the matter.  Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

 

 New Vision Game Calls cannot replace packages lost during return shipment to us if proof of tracking is unavailable. Please note that we will Always send Return Warranted Items back to Customers with a Tracking Number. 

 

Please note that Shipping Charges of $13.95 will Apply to All Warranty Returns to Customers.
