Warranty Policy 

All wood calls damage ie. ….Cracking or Splitting of Wood are replaced at no charge. The only cost will be the return shipping fee of $13.95 

If your call needs to be tuned or refurbished, please notify us in writing on a note and put it in the box when you ship it to us. All of our Calls have a lifetime warranty to the original owner.  So, if we see it back here in our shop, we will always refurbish the call if it is owned and sent in with the purchase receipt to the original owner.

Warranty to the Original Owner with proof of Receipt includes the following:

-All broken parts

-Any Defect

-Cracked wooden barrels

-Calls that need to be re-tuned

-Please note that if any call is to be fully warrantied because of mfg defect, all parts must be included.  Once we see the item that needs to be replaced, we will send back to you at full warranty with a new part and discard the damaged part. Any part that will need to be replaced and is not under warranty will be charged accordingly per that item.
